The Artoclasia service was held for Vasilios Dedes who celebrated his name day on Jan. 1st. May he and his family enjoy peace, health and prosperity this coming year!

Swearing in of the newly elected Parish Council was held. We wish them strength and courage in fulfilling this most sacred obligation for the Church. Elected officers are: Niki M., President; Peggy F., Vice President; Aspasia, Treasurer and Kathryn S., Secretary.

We would like to remind you to fill out your Stewardship pledge card for the coming year.

Home Blessings have begun. Please let Fr. Chris know if you would like your home blessed for the New Year. It is best to have the entire family present, if possible.

Bible Study resumes Monday, Jan. 21st at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome. You do not need to know anything about scripture, just come to listen or discuss.

The Goya Build a Bear project is being held Saturday, Jan. 26th at 5 p.m. at the Galleria Mall in Middletown. The project benefits children at the Ronald McDonald House in N.Y.C. Donations  of $35.00 are accepted for the Goya to build a bear on your behalf. See Laura Kalogiannis or Dennis Psathas.

Greek Dancing Lessons will be held this Saturday at 9 a.m. in the church hall. See Ioanna Veloudis or John Mandas for more information.

Do not forget to purchase and use Shoprite gift cards. See Lucille Kallas. The church received 5% back when the cards are used.

The JOY snow tubing event has been put on hold.
